Customized KY Bourbon Barrel Stave

There is something so beautiful about a piece of original wood from a bourbon barrel, with its unique imperfections and deep coloration. Taking a piece of Kentucky history and repurposing it into home décor with customized wording of your choice is the ultimate meaningful gift!

Measuring at 34 7/8“L x 3 3/8“H x 1“ thickness, this slightly curved piece of oak wood can sit on its side or it can be attached to a wall horizontally or vertically. Do you want a family name and established date on yours? How about your favorite saying? Should it contain your special destination with coordinates? The choice is yours as to what meaningful message is selected. Then you can choose from the font and paint color selections. Allow for up to a two-week turnaround time for us to design the layout, lightly sand the stave, paint two coats of the wording and top with a protective clear coat of polyurethane. 

Upon checkout in the "Notes to Seller" let us know the personalization you would like on your sign (double check your spelling) and if you want it to run horizontal or vertical. You may choose a font style from the selection pictured and note which paint color in choices marked below. Please note that each stave is authentic from a used bourbon barrel and as such will have slight irregularities and coloration. We will have you approve a proof of the layout after you place the order.
